Installation Tips
- Read carefully before installing LED HID bulbs and retain these instructions for future reference.
- RAB LED HID Bulbs must be wired in accordance with the National Electrical Code and all applicable codes.
- Proper grounding is required for safety.
- These LED lamps require all ballasts, capacitors, and ignitors to be bypassed or removed. Do not operate lamps on existing ballasts.
- Before installation make certain the AC power to the fixture is off.

- Use the safety cable to secure the lamp in case of falling down due to old socket. Attach one end of the safety cable to the lamp and the other end to the luminaire.

- Make sure the Alternating Current wires connect to the socket directly, then screw the LED lamp into the corresponding socket and attach retrofit label to luminaire.
