Most orders placed before the 12 pm (PST) cut-off time, will be shipped same-day upon availability [if one needs their order to go out a certain day, please call in your order to Customer Service; we will make sure to satisfy your wishes].
Drop-shipments typically ship same-day or next-business day upon availability.
An e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent moments after you place your order.  If one does not receive an e-mail confirmation, an incorrect e-mail address was entered or the order did not go through.

Tracking numbers will be e-mailed within 24 hours AFTER the order ships.
On occasion, some merchandise that is ordered can become unavailable for shipment due to backorder, discontinuation or unforeseen reasons. If this happens, we sincerely apologize for disappointing you, and we will notify you via e-mail or telephone within 1-2 business days.  AIR orders will be notified right away.

Orders received on HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS are processed the next business day.
If you order items from different manufacturers you may receive separate shipments and the shipping times may vary.

We do not guarantee an exact shipping date; we will always do our best to ship every order right away.

Processing and transit time combined, orders shipped via this option could take 5-10 business days to receive based on the customer's location and availability. The FREE SHIPPING promo applies to shipping address within the CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES.
