Does this unit include the motion sensor and mounting plate?
Yes. The kit pairs two BULLET heads with the SMS500 mini sensor pre-wired on the CU4 universal plate for junction boxes.
What are the default settings out of the box?
Factory defaults are total output at 40W and color temperature at 4000K. You can change both without tools beyond removing the small selector covers.
How far does the sensor detect motion?
Up to approximately 30 ft across a 180° field. For the most reliable triggering, aim so movement crosses the sensor’s view rather than directly toward it.
Can I run this on other voltages?
No. This model operates on 120V only.
Will the lights run during the day?
By default the photocell provides night-only operation. You can set the photocell for 24-hour operation if needed.
How long will the LEDs last?
The LED light engine is rated for an L70 life of up to 100,000 hours under typical conditions.
Is it rated for wet locations?
Yes. The fixture is UL Listed for wet locations and carries an IP65 rating.
