Installation Tips

- Ceiling thickness: Springs accommodate 1/4"–5/8" drywall; verify secure engagement.

- Dimming @277V: Use 0–10V only. At 120V, Triac/ELV/0–10V are supported.
- Insulation: IC rated, but do not install in direct contact with spray-foam insulation.

No. This is the housing only. Pair with any 4" NIO-4 Iolite trim/engine to complete the luminaire.
What’s the difference between LE3A and LE4 versions?
LE3A is 120V only with Triac/ELV dimming. LE4 accepts 120–277V and supports Triac/ELV/0–10V (277V = 0–10V).
How “air-tight” is the housing?
It’s factory-gasketed and tested to restrict airflow to <2 CFM per ASTM-E283.
What ceiling thickness does it support?
1/4" to 5/8" drywall using the integral high-tension spring clips.
What are the dimensions?
Approximately 13" long with a can height of 6-1/4" and a ceiling cutout of 4-1/4".
Is it suitable for wet locations?
